Life can be discouraging. We live in a society that can chew people up and spit them out. In our high-tech age we have forgotten how to be high-touch.

What we need is some encouragement. We need people who are encouragers. There certainly are times when I need encouragement. I'm sure that you will admit that there are times when you need encouragement. 

God may never call us to preach to the masses. He may never lead us to a foreign mission field. But, He will work in us and through us to minister to those in need. He will if we will allow ourselves to be used by God. "I tell you the truth, anyone who gives a cup of cold water in my name because you belong to Christ will certainly not lose his reward" (Mark 9:41, NIV) 

Let Him use you! 

Any and all members are eligible and can participate in the Caring Card Club. This outreach will enable us to reach out to those that are sick, or in need of encouragement and prayer through e-cards, post cards, greeting cards, little gifts such as bookmarks, etc.  Here's how the 'Christ In Pogo' Caring Cards Club works...

We encourage you to send in a request via the form below  for another member or yourself that is in need of encouragement of any form.  Please include this person's email address so we may get in touch with them.

We will contact the member via email and request their home address so all volunteers serving in this outreach can send out encouragement cards, small gifts, and prayers.
